REICHSBAHN/BAHNSCHUTZ EM/NCO BUCKLE

This is a pressed steel example with a silver painted finish that is approximately 75% intact. The field is pebbled, with very minor wear to the highlights. The reverse features a round bar with flat feet welded to the buckle for a belt catch. There is a moderate amount of rust on the buckle. A nice example! 27'' LOCOMOTIVE EAGLE $ale price

27'' LOCOMOTIVE EAGLE $ale price

This gem is produced in silver finished aluminum, which has toned very nicely, and has a wingspan measuring approximately 27”. The detail to the obverse is impressive! The reverse has four of the original threaded studs that are full length, uncut (approximately one inch long). The reverse is also very well marked, with stamps for the manufacturer, “HE” along with the metallic composition. . Also stamped on the left wing is “G Al-Mg-Si”. The “G” stands for “guss”, or “casting”, while the other letters are the initials of the elements used in the manufacture (aluminum, magnesium, and silicon). It is also marked “LOK RZA 4 BLN”. We believe this is for “Reichsbahn Zug Adler” or, in essence, “National Railroad Train Eagle”, while the BLN is presumably for Berlin. This is located just above the wreath, basically dead center of the reverse. A handsome example in near excellent condition! Still has silver paint and black highlights.Very Rare in this condition.

 WWII WAFFEN SS COLLAR TAB

WWII WAFFEN SS COLLAR TAB

This is a very nice example of a Waffen-SS BeVo-type style collar-tab (silver-grey runes on black linnen) which is used and clearly tunic-removed. The tab is executed in so-called: 'BeVo'-weave pattern and. This one has the more often encountered, brown-coloured 'carton' backing. This one shows some minor staining and wear. A nice SS collar-tab tunic removed.
