WWII GERMAN PRISONER of WAR HERMANN GOERING DIVIS
A rare opportunity to own a, 100% Prisoner of War authentic Hermann Goering division,Tunic, cap and woollen neck/head scarf (Togue). Completely new to the market. Well worn, repaired, patched and stained. If its something mint you want, read no further, if its something with real history and character this is for you. The tunic has a yellow diamond stitched into the back to denote Prisoner of war, especially in the U.K. The breast eagle has had thread stitched over the swastika but it is still there, buttons down the front have been replaced, done at the time and over the years. Lots of wear, has some tears and rips. the left arm has had a period patch repair over a hole. Has its two original white, Goering division collar tabs with single gulls, one tab shows some damage(possibly mice). The cap again shows wear with some small holes inside and out with one small repair. Eagle is stitching is away in one small area and roundal is fine. The head scarf has mothing and still has its small label inside. All items were originally found in a barn on a farm in North Wales. Thats about as much as I know from where it originated. Difficult to find German Prisoner of war items and if its the real thing your after this is it.
