WWII GERMAN KRIEGSMARINE PITH HELMET EAGLE
Nicely detailed, large, gilt washed, die stamped, metal alloy construction, early, pith helmet eagle features outstretched wings and is clutching a wreathed, canted, swastika in it’s talons. The eagle’s wingspan is roughly, 108mm wide from wing tip to wing tip and the bottom edges of the wings have sharply scalloped tips
WWII GERMAN NSDAP FIFTEEN YEAR LONG SERVICE AWARD
Three piece construction, die struck, alloy award, with a nickel/silver plating and royal blue enamel work. Award in the form of a cross Pattée with central circular centerpiece and sun burst patterned rays extending out between the crosses arms. Cross has separate circular centerpieces to both obverse and reverse. Obverse centerpiece features an embossed nickel/silver plated, national eagle encompassed by an oak-leaf wreath on a blue enamel field. Reverse center piece features flush silvered Gothic script "Treue für Führer und Volk", (Loyalty to Leader and People) on a blue enamel field also encompassed by an embossed oak-leaf wreath. The cross arms have the semi-translucent royal blue enamel, which on close inspection reveals a slightly pebbled field beneath it. Unmarked example. Ribbon ring and suspension loop both intact. Complete with original blue ribbed rayon ribbon with two outer edge stripes in silver/aluminum threads. Scarce!
WWII GERMAN MOTHER CROSS IN SILVER
A second pattern, two piece, die stamped tombak award with silver wash finish and blue and white enamel work. The award is in the form of a Christian cross in blue enamel with a white enamel border, both outlined in silver. Between each arm of the cross are five-ray projections in silver. The central circular field has a white enamel base upon which is a black static swastika, outlined in silver, and encompassed by a silver surround with the embossed Latin script, "Der Deutschen Mutter" (The German Mother). The reverse has the stamped simulated handwritten script, "16 Dezember 1938," and a facsimile of Hitler’s signature. It comes with it original ribbed rayon blue and white striped ribbon.
WWII GERMAN NCO ARTILLERY VISOR CAP
Nice quality, private purchase, field-grey, wool construction cap with blue/green badge cloth centerband and Red wool waffenfarbe to crown edge and top and bottom of centerband. Most of these NCO caps have been turned into officer caps by adding a silver chin cord, this is a true NCO cap.
