WWII CASED BRONZE STAR (NAMED)
World War II United States Army bronze star medal. The medal is mounted on a slot brooch and it is officially machine engraved on the reverse with the recipients name. It comes in its original titled presentation case with lapel pin and pinback service ribbon. This medal also has a 'V' on medal and ribbon. these are becoming rare.
WWII PANZER PERIOD BOOKLET
This is a nice period booklet (1942?) entitled: 'Schnelle Truppen - Teil 1. - Panzer & Panzerjäger'. The 32-page booklet provides the reader with a full explanation on these troops, their equipment, their order of the battle, their decorations etc. The booklet is fully illustrated with various nice pictures regarding these troops. This is part 1 of a series of 2. This issue originates from a series entitled: A truly nice booklet with some colourfull illustrations. A nice addition to the PZ collector!
RAD MEMBER\'S COMMEMORATIVE LAPEL STICK PIN
The 16mm x 22mm vertical oval pin has a pebbled red surround, with gilt edging inside and out, and, to its central white field, the RAD emblem of an upright, pointed spade head with a mobile swastika to its center and dual sheaves of wheat projecting diagonally upwards from its base. The emblem is in black, with its swastika and articulations in gilt. To the reverse is a 50mm long rifled pin and, embossed beneath its soldered base, "Ges. Gesch.", indicating, Gesetzlich Geschützt, (Protected by Law) below "RAD" within a triangle. Also present is the makers mark "P & L''.
