Looks like a nice 1st pattern (Weimar to circa 1934?) TeNo armband. This same design was also adopted by the Dutch NSB's version of the TeNo as well, so it's nearly impossible to tell the difference. This one looks like a German Weimar era example to me however because of how tall the band itself is. Slight glow from being washed. And has stains. *CDR*
