WWII GERMAN ORTSGRUPPE LEVEL, ZELLENLEITER ARMBAN
Nice quality, second pattern, multi-piece wool and rayon construction Ortsgruppe level, operational armband. Roughly 13cm tall, 50cm long, armband features a heavy red wool base with central, white, ribbed rayon circular field with canted, black rayon tape swastika to center. Both the white circular field and the swastika are bordered in gilt wire threads and swastika is missing political style rank pip to center. The armband has a central, machine woven, horizontal strip of repeating gilt 20mm flat-wire oak-leaves, with gilt wire piping borders to both top and bottom edges. Top and bottom of armband is bordered in light blue rayon piping with a secondary gilt wire piping. Has period repair as shown.
WWII GERMAN DAF MEMBER\'S LAPEL PIN
A die-struck alloy pin which features the DAF emblem of a mobile swastika within a fourteen-toothed cog, 20mm in diameter. Where the cog is smooth, the swastika has raised edges within which is a cross-hatched pattern. Complete with original pin back device. Maker marked. Nice example. *CDR*
WWII GERMAN COMMEMORATIVE MEDAL OF MARCH 13TH 1938
Silver washed, die struck alloy construction medal. The obverse of the medal features two embossed figures symbolically breaking the chains of bondage with an unfurled national flag in the background and a high relief national eagle to the bottom. The reverse features embossed Latin script to the center, "13th März 1938", encompassed by additional script, "Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Führer". *CDR*
