WWII GERMAN ARMBAND FOR BLINDED SERVICE PERSONNEL
Printed Armband For Blinded German Service Personnel A very nice printed heavy weight cotton example of the Armband worn by Blinded service personnel. Overall condition is good with some wear. A similar version was in use for civilians without the Maltese Cross.Very rare
WWII GERMAN DEUTSCHE WEHRMACHT ARMBAND
“Deutsche Wehrmacht" Armband A scarce example of the so called State Service Armband worn by non members of the Armed Forces but who were considered combatants. Constructed with a yellow cotton band with a machine embroider black eagle, what make this example especially desirable is the over printed “Deutsche Wehrmacht”, a variant I have not previously encountered.
WWII GERMAN CIVILIAN DEUTSCHE WEHRMACHT ARMBAND
Civilian Workers Deutsche Wehrmacht Armband A somewhat unusual printed variant of the armband worn by civilians working for the Wehrmacht, more usually encountered with the wording Im Dienst der Deutsche Wehrmacht. White cotton stitched over top and bottom with a single vertical seam. Very good overall condition but now a little dirty from age.
