Nice Kepi with some damage as shown, sweat band has a lot of rot. Crimson color not red. Almost certainly that of Franz von Sonnleithner who was a Blood Order recipient and was a diplomatic officer on Ribbentrop's staff. Hat is not named but the uniform I had was.*CDR* BANK CHECK ONLY
